Khoka Archive

The Khoka Archive interactive system visualises a large and rich corpus of information about the Coca plant (history, mythology, chemistry, botanics, ethnobotanic, news…) assembled by a team of researchers and artists, , after several years of work. The archive contains texts, images, videos, chronological and geographical data. The environment allows for navigating the archive from multiple dimensions: a timeline, a map, and a semantic exploration tools. Visitors, frequently researchers, can ask any question about the plant and its rich history and culture, and get an answer based on the information contained on the archive.
